Accomodation
Conference participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Rooms have been pre-booked at Hotel Romantik, Strandslottet Sandvig and Strandgaarden Sandvig at a special conference rate of 120 euro a night.
Hotel booking should be made directly with Hotel Romantic. There are 70 rooms available. Booking will be on a first come – first served basis.
Transfer between the hotels and the conference venue will be arranged and is included in conference fee.
